Posting this are there are few images available on internet.
A very nice and easy to keep killi. Breeds as per gardneri/australe - very easy. Should be more popular. From Lake Tanganyika.

Our standards have it as 5.5cm & 4.5cm but mine are much smaller than this. I'd say about 4.5cm SL for males and 3.5cm SL for females.

Apparently this is also known as Micropanchax pumilus depending on who you follow. CAS have it listed as the valid name.

Yes pretty warm @ 26 - 28 C.
I have soft water and haven't altered it for these. I suspect they're not too fussy about that.
