Have the external differences between the various 'forms' of this species been documented anywhere, or is anyone able to tell us what they are?

The only one we have pics of is C. orientalis 'Kottawa A' (photo by Colin) but there are also 'Kottawa B' and 'black fin/flathead' forms.
