New Juveniles - Yellow Meekis

These new youngsters have settled down very well. Some have the blotch on the gill plate and some don't.
The last photo was taken at night with flash, hence the blue colour. The other photos were taken in natural sunlight.
A couple of V. melanurus snuck in with these guys.

No Matt they get along very well. The one with the nipped fins arrived like this. Having pulled out a large Petenia.splendida from the same weed bed that the juveniles frequent, I am suprised any of them survive. I know petenia is not a nipper but no doubt other adults know the location of the food source.
The weather forecast today is 94° F 34° C, wind light so we should have a good day.
