They are a little over 5" but certainly in good condition /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Very nice red lips and fins. Both boys?

These are my all time favorite botias. So beautiful!! I have two myself, and now must go and see if they are boys or girls. Is there a reason why fish #1 has a black triangle on his dorsal and fish 2 does not? /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> Good luck with your breeding plans!

The dorsal markings vary quite a bit as do the tail markings, its just one of those variable things like the body markings. I am not holding out much hope on the spawning front but I have done it once so it would be nice for it to happen again /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Looking forward to seeing loach fry pics! Mine has cream colored lips and very bright yellow markings, so I have a feeling she is not full grown yet...
