I bought 7 of these the other day and I'm wondering whether they are denisonii or chala? I've searched for info but still can't decide, one moment convinced they are denisonii the next I'm not so sure! They were simply advertised as "torpedo barb".
The price is one reason that I'm so cautious, which I will reveal once I've had feedback /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris , I'd say definitely Denisoni ,I put some [crappy /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="Laugh" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> ] pics of Chalakudinensis on here a while back ,the dorsal fin on Chala's is a good identification mark !

Why are you thinking price ,in my experience they are uaually the same price as they come in mixed together if they are wild caught !

Thanks Andy.

I questioned the price as I'd never seen Denisoni below £9.99 before (usually nearer the £14 mark) but I picked these up at £2.29 each, which is why doubt had started to creep in!

Is there a link to your Chala pics?
