Hi Matt remember when you were running that thread called Puntius questions ,on page six you put up a pic of a P.arulius , a very colourful one ,well that fish is P. rubrotinctus /thumbs_up.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="thumbs_up.gif" /> you also use it as your arulius knowledge base example in the first two pics !

I've been talking about the two different fish being used as the same fish [arulius] on different threads for a few years ,I'm absolutely certain !

In my haste I've spelt the topic title Rubropunctinctus instead of Rubrotinctus

Corrected the thread title Andy, and thanks for the heads up! Will make the necessary changes shortly. /thumbs_up.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="thumbs_up.gif" />

Ok, apologies. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> This is finally fixed but now I need to edit the other P. filamentosus group profiles so will get that done over the next day or two.

Is this a subadult then?

Phew , I couldn't say for sure , quite possible though ?

I've never had the pleasure of keeping them though I have seen them at a mates house some time back .

Sorry for not being more decisive !
