Just settled in a pair of borellii, male is a stunning redface form, anyone noticed what the male young from such a pairing look like? Also got three commbrae from the same shipment, hoping the largest is a male, these have got to be one of the least dimorphic Apistos.

Yup, mine has the potential to whup that one for looks. Seems they are found along with the "regular" form, no information on frequency within a population.

Had spawnings today from the "normal" borellii and the commbrae imported alongside this male, just hope he likes the female he's been given..

Guess the females look identical to 'normal' borelli?

Not been able to see any differences between females other than expected individual slight variation. Doesn't mean that there aren't differences, just none that my inferior human senses can detect.
