I thought I would introduce it gradually - doing a 15% change weekly at the moment, this way any changes to my present water parameters will be over a longish period........ What do you reckon??

lol, good readings m8. i would probably do as you suggested and add it slowly. only problem is if your tap water is like mine and has lots of buffer in it. might take a while to bring the tank readings down, but better safe than in a hurry, lol.

Did a check yesterday, pH was 6.4 Nitrate, Nitrite & Ammonia was all 0, going to use some when I do my water change tomorrow, should be ok, only doing 20%, do you think I should add conditioner?

Certainly wouldn’t hurt, you probably don’t need a conditioner (though some types are helpful at neutralising heavy metals). Traces of which in theory could be introduced - Personally I think you would have to do a lot of water changes over a long period before any accumulation occurred.
