Very Slight Etch In Bottom Glass - Worry?

I bought a 30g tank about a year ago and just got around to setting it up tonight.

By chance while arranging driftwood, I found a very slight superficial etch on the bottom glass - only deep enough to make it noticeable by my fingernail having slid across it. It looks to be about half a centimeter long.

Is this something to be concerned about or am I just being a little paranoid?

And if it is to worry about, are there any steps to preventing it from becoming a problem or should I get a new tank?

It sounds like you should be ok provided you place the tank on polystyrene tiles before filling it. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
