I'll second the "Kusuri Wormer +" as a medication that is strong on worms and mild on fish.

Not familiar with kusuri but a quick search shows it's a flubendazole product.

The only time that I had camallanus like that I used flubendazole in the water column and fed fenbendazole treated food at the same time. It killed the worms but when they are that infested, it's difficult for the fish to pass the worms after they're dead. I lost several m. praecox because of this. I never had a re-occurrence, but I've read accounts of people having great difficulty ridding tanks of these as the eggs can be tough to get. Best of luck!

Yeah definitely camallanus, I have a friend who had a bad case in her Angels a while back and nothing would touch it until I sorted her out with some levimasole and that cleared them up within a week or so.
