I have a dying bulb of crinum calamistratum in my tank. It's in quite deep substrate (dirt/gravel) and near the filter but not too close. Should I attempt to move it/rehouse it? I know crinum natans goes through a dormant period. Can I pull my calamistratum out, trim its leaves and let it rest for a while? Would it help?

I know there are forums better suited for this, but I'm hoping someone here can answer my question.
