Any suggestions for stocking a small tank? I do enjoy anabantoids, but I am open to exploring new types. The more personality or interesting behaviors, the better. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my questions!

By the way, great website; I have been reading and learning a lot!

I guess you could have a pair of Parosphromenus or some of the smaller Bettas but they are all quite difficult to keep if you havenĀ“t got any previous experience.

what's your water conditions like? Can you maintain a tank with a low pH of about 5 to 5.5, soft water and supply some live food? This is usually needed for the small bettas and Paros
