    On Friday I get a pair of Pangio anguillaris from private. Here’s the male:

    The female has very nice markings on the back, but till now I’m unable to get a good pic of it. So be patience…

    Great pic, my favourite Pangio sp.

    I have 5 of them in my tank, survivors from a lfs shipment that were over-enthusiastically syphoned out by work experience kids, who emptied the water into the car park! We were there for hours fishing with nets and I got to keep the loaches that I captured. I have a female that is constantly gravid, and you can just make out the shape and colour of the eggs, she’s not as flexible as the others

    Don’t know how I missed this thread – the female is gorgeous! How big are these Thomas, they look quite mature?
