Just spotted a fry in with the parents while I was doing a water top-up. It’s now in with the others but couldn’t resist a couple of pics.

    Hey Matt

Interesting looking fry, which already appear to be showing signs of banding on the body.

    Hi everybody.

This particular mento strain comes from Kirgöz spring in Turkey and were collected by Juan Pablo Campo and José Luis Blanco in 2005.

You can find an account on the collecting trip in our website: http://www.soesic.org – Viajes de colecta (sorry, in Spanish only).

Manuel are all the fish of this strain in the hobby from the TUBCD 2005 trip? I ask because I’ve seen a few other people around the internet have them and was wondering if they all came from you.
