    Hey Reva

Both are members of the large cyprinid (Cyprinidae) family so are cousins.

    Regards David

my new little comets are waiting for me to fix up their home. They are temporarily in Hotel Parrot Cichlid, the friendliest hotel in town, along with some rosey barbs and tiger barbs. they look so much alike in many ways. I didnt have time to look it up, but I thought they were in a similar group. thanks David

    Hey Reva

Hotel Parrot Cichlid sounds very interesting. Do you have a digital photograph?

    Hey Reva

Don’t rush into a ‘new person’ for the Parrots as you may regret parting with your ‘friends’. They are such characters.

    Regards David
