    No worries, if your Spanish/Portugese is better than mine (which is almost non-existant) you might have some luck on the federal website mentioned in that article, my googling didn’t come up with anything but I suspect that’s due to a lack of linguistic ability on my part.

    Sadly it didn’t take long for the correct decision to be overturned, despite the admission that not all conditions have been met.

    sadly you are quite right. lets hope the appeal goes to an even higher court (if there is one)
