    Betta ocellata Malinau (purchased as ‘gladiator’, identified by Dr. Tan as ocellata)

    Betta sp. “antuta” Bulungan (I like this one!! I’ll bet it’ll be placed rather close to B. compuncta)

    Betta unimaculata “ultima” Sengata

    Re-produced with permission of the owner and photographer: Henning Zellmer.

    In my opinion they respresent variations of the 2 species, although might be described as new in the future. Suggestions welcome!

    Seems there are a lot of unimac complex fish appearing just now if you include the ones I got as compuncta and then Herve got some new ones too

    This is all great stuff. Presumably Henning went out to Borneo and collected these himself?
