I was in my LFS yesterday buying my new Tetras when I saw about 30 tiny BN’s in a tank, as I’d intended to buy one later on, and as I only bought 5 Tetras, I brought one home with me.

I’m now wondering if I could possibly have enough room for another in my 2ft x 1ft x 1ft tank which is now home to 5 Golden and 5 Ember Tetras. They really are very tiny at the moment and I may have to move them on in a couple of years, but it does seem a shame to leave the little fellow on his own.

I’d say only one unless you can get a guaranteed pair. If you end up with two males all hell could break loose later.
