    I took some excess rainbows to the shop yesterday and they had these. I got three. They’re being sold as Vietnamese Butterfly loach, homaloptera sp. They’re obviously very thin but otherwise look healthy. Hoping I can rehabilitate them.

    Congratulations!

    I think these are the same as Wetspot’s…. good luck with them, but they do not seem dangerously skinny to me.

    Never seen that one before Jim, do they all have 5 saddle markings?

    @Miike, These came through wetspot. I hope you’re right, note the hollow behind the pec fins. They haven’t eaten in a while. Showing some interest in bloodworms but very shy.

     

    @matt, I could only see 2 of the 3 and both have the same markings. Hiding mostly and they’re in a small acrylic tank. Will get better pics when they settle in and I get them behind glass.
