    another interesting shrimp. hard to breed. as I don’t know pics with the mating, here some out of my archive

    the mating, lasting for more than half an hour

    the result

    it seems I had once two survivers, but all algae offered where apparently not the right onces

    no, Bully. some saltwater and a mix of all possible foods.
    a friend has raised just once about 1000 with three different algae species, couldn’t repeat it. he has some different algae species now for the raising of saltwater shrimps, seahorse species he’s bringing up for a zoo and others. the actual mix didn’t work on a new c. multidentata generation. but we are working on it

    Lovely photos as ever Charles. Have you tried any of the species from Sulawesi that were all the rage not too long ago?

    I’m using Firefox 4 Beta 2, it has some issues with the “Awesome bar”.
