Latest article is my C. duplicareus spawned today. I have the eggs collected and photographed. The eggs are all reddish due to the water.

Nice. This floating net thing they are in, is it homemade?

This is the first time i try this design. Not exactly home made.

I went to a so called $2 shop, found they were selling tea cup filter which has very fine wire mesh attached to plastic holder such that water can pass through easily but fry will not drop out. You will be amazed how small the fry is and normal net will still allowed them to slip through or suck out by fish such as SAE.

I also found cork cup base in the same shop which i cut out a ring shape to hold the filter.
    So far so good.
