This is my first experience with Turtles. I am very impressed by what Mother Nature has done with the intricate designs and colours. It is still very nervous but it will soon have some friends to play with.
The shot from above I caught while it was sunbathing under the heat lamp.

I keep several freshwater turtles and enjoy them very much. I have some albino red ear sliders, yellow bellied slider and pink bellied side necks and I guess a couple map turtles too. Very nice compliment for the fish hobby.
