Hello there from the netherlands. I would love to have some advice or suggestion about how to deal with a pleco who lives with my goldies and since very recent started sucking on my goldies. In this 120 l. tank I keep 5 veil-tails-goldies, 4 corydoras and 1 (very common) pleco. I am on the brink of moving so I have to break down the tank somewhere around coming week wednesday or thursday.

Sorry Liz, didn’t see this one!

I wouldn’t keep a plec with goldies for two reasons:

    1. Goldies are cold water, plecs are tropical.
    2. Theres no way of stopping the plec from sucking on their coats when he gets the taste!

You’ll need to move him out i’m afraid.
