Hiya you lot, long time no see!

Got a question and I was hoping you’d be able to help. I had a bunch of cardinal tetra delivered this morning. Acclimatised them fine and popped them into my tank, however, my daughter has just spotted a cardinal wannabe! Have tried to fish him out to take a pic but I’m getting nowhere fast sooo a rough description will have to do for the time being. He’s got a dark body (either brown or black) with what looks like loads of small orange spots. His belly is more of an orangey colour and his fins are reddy orange. He’s about 2-3cm (but this probably means nothing as I have no idea if he’s a juvenile or adult!). Just a bit concerned that he’s in the wrong type of water, or too hot/too cold etc. I’ll keep trying to catch him but in the meantime if anyone has any ideas of what he is then the help would be hugely appreciated!
