Yesterday I get some of these small Loaches, 3 males and 4 females. Some are brighter and other darker.

    A few first pics:

    Hi Andy,
I also haven’t any experience with this species. I will do the same as my similar Lepidocephalichtys, maybe a bit more acidic pH (~6) and softer Water.

    They occurs in blackwater streams.

From the K. hipporhynchos pdf: “…is described from the Sampit, Kahayan and Kapuas drainages, southern Borneo”.

Between 35 und 45mm. I feed Tubifex, frozen food and tabs but never see them really eat (but searching und burrowing). I reckon that they eat at night

Hey Thomas, how are these doing? How are you liking them?? My LFS informs me that they will order some for next week. I don’t really have a tank for them. How would they be in a 30 inch tank like a 20long or 29 gallon? Thanks, Jim
