    It was a friends, they asked me to take photos just before they sold it.

    They only had a few weeks, its favourite food was wafer ham and it could eat a packet a day

    It´s currently a Trichogaster as far as I know Karlos. Well-spotted though, eyes of the kestrel!

    Never realised the P. pentazona males got so red. A friend of mine kept a decent shoal of them and they were never that pretty. Superb photos <img src="style_emoticons//smile.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:)” border=”0″ alt=”smile.gif” />

    This is the other male I have, his red is normally a lot deeper

    This pair have been pretty much inseparable of late and are spending quite a bit of time around the moss
