    Seen some of these locally, first time I’ve seen them in the flesh. Lovely little fish, anyone kept them before?

    Might do, they are little belters.
    Paul’s off ill, so while he’s not here I’m going to dump all the crappy livebearers that he likes and replace them with cool fish.

    I got some from Piers at the Convention in march…the only obvious female died shortly after I came home, but there’s another one on the group that could be a female.

    I haven’t attempred to breed them yet, but will try soon. They seem comfortable i 100% rainwater with oak leaves etc. Teperature seems to play a smaller role. I’ve moved them around between tanks from 20 to 25 celcius.
