    Can ya’ll help me figure this one out? They are about 1.5 to 2″.

    I’ve never seen Myleus rubripinnis small, so perhaps they are M. rubripinnis ‘Media Luna’?

    Guess I could just get some and grow them out to see what they are. . .

    Not even a tenative guess?

    They supposedly came in as Myleus cf. fasciatus, but am almost positive they will lose the stripes.

    No realistic way of putting an ID on that to be honest. I suspect the whole genus needs a lot of work, and that work would result in ressurection of synonymised species and creation of new ones.
