I bought these 3 yrs ago as “pitbull plecos”. I posted then at planet catfish and they were identified as parotocinlus pernambuco. I’ve found them to be great cleaners! I seem to have 2 perpetually gravid females, and I don’t see them often. This one was posing so I took the opportunity. Anyone else have any experience with these?

Yeah looks like it – also very similar to P. spilosoma?

I´ve kept these and bought them as P sp. Pernambuco. Found them to be easy to keep but never bred them (didn´t make an effort either).
