Some pics of my gold piranha. I had this fish for a good few years, but had to get rid of it recently pending my relocation. A sad day

You can’t really keep these with anything else Keith. This one had munched its way through a tank of larger red-bellied piranhas before I got it

Oh Wow! That is a stunner!

It’s a shame they have no tolerance of other fish!

BTW Matt, i’ve been looking through some post’s here, i see you have some schistura pridii? They are gorgeous fish, any luck in breeding them yet?

Hi David, yes it was a beautiful specimen….sigh. Sadly the S. pridii went on the same day as did loads of other nice stuff. I’m moving to Barcelona in a few weeks and there was just no way to take 25-odd tanks with me /wink.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”;)” border=”0″ alt=”wink.gif” />

    Thats a great shame!

They also exhibited some amazing social behaviour, but I want to confirm my suspicions with some people you also know before I’m confident to discuss it on here. /laugh.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”laugh.gif” />
I understand not wanting to broadcast things like this.
