Fish steaks recipe

Ingredients: 

Red fish – 4 steaks
coarse salt
Sugar – 1 pinch
Dried ground ginger – 1 pinch
Ground black pepper
Olive or sunflower oil
Greens – for serving

Cooking:

Rub the fish with these ingredients and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
