Ladies and gentlemen! I bring to your judgement a recipe for a fish steak that I found on the Internet. It is important for me to know your opinion. The fact is that I invited the bride to dinner. I don’t want to lose face.

    So.

    Ingredients:

    Red fish – 4 steaks
    coarse salt
    Sugar – 1 pinch
Dried ground ginger – 1 pinch
    Ground black pepper
    Olive or sunflower oil
    Greens – for serving

    Cooking:

Rub the fish with these ingredients and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

I love fish dishes very much, but my wife doesn’t know how to cook them at all. That’s why I envy you. Your recipe looks, however, somehow too simple.

Even though the recipe seems a bit simple, I really liked it. Although if you ask me, I prefer red fish steakes grilled in the open fire. So if you want to impress your girlfriend, you can try the same. Recently I’ve got to know something about sauces too. So what is the worlds hottest hot sauce do you think? Those ratings are incredible! Now I really want to spice up my dish the very next time I cook it. I am sure that one of these sauces will match my fish perfectly and will give a really elegant emphasis to it.
