Sadly the eggs aren’t fertile. I’m guessing at least. They got an fungal infestation.
Are they likely to breed again this year Thomas?
Don’t think so Matt. Next year after a real overwintering, I hope they will do a better job. This year it is lacking of the males engagement…
But till know I can find new eggs, yesterday I have seperated two again. Who knows…

Superb! How many hatched?
Till now, 11 are hatched. They start feed artemia after a week. Of course I could take many Eggs off the Tank but I’m not sure if this make sense… Lots eggs doesn’t develop but for me it’s enough.

Today the first has left the water
The first four juveniles entered the water in september, and two weeks ago the last four do it also.
