    I also picked up a group of 4 melanotaenia maccullochi yesterday, I went back to the shop this morning and picked up another 8

    Nice MD! They’re next on my rainbow list. Beautiful fish and they stay small. From what I read easy to breed as most rainbows are.

    Yeah easy to breed these, I always had fry of these when I was keeping pretty much only rainbows, the one thing I did find with these more than other rainbows was that it was quite common for one or two fry to grow faster than the rest and then start eating the smaller fry.
