Hello, I have a colony of brevis, I noticed that my betta male has a enlarged gill and what seems to be an enlarged face, have just watched him feed and as he was eating flake it was coming out of the gill. The fish seems to be in good condition otherwise and the other fish in the tank have no problems.

His head seems to be swollen on one side, his gill seems elongated but otherwise he looks fine, will keep an eye on his and see if anything changes, there is no cuts, blisters or anything like that.
Might just be a queer looking specimen. 🙂
