    I decided to get rid of the old home made fish tank hood on the rivertank as it was holding to much heat and it was getting a bit shabby.

    I shopped around and decided upon the new Arcadia classica luminaire with 2x 38w T8 tubes, it arrived yesterday and I fitted it straight away and I am more than happy with the results:


    The whole light unit pivots back on its arms to give access at feeding times etc and at £139 it wasn’t badly priced either

    I haven’t Dunc, the pictures of the old setup were on my old external hard drive which packed up

    Hi Mark,
    The tank is looks great . you reminded me I have 3 large Sewellia L. which I should rehome just dont want to upskuttle the tank to much .
