BigTomParticipantWell they’re all crypts. I’m no expert (and 100% IDs normally need the plants to flower), but looks like C. nevillii, C. parva and one of the many C. wendtii varieties, probably ‘tropica’.

Senor BastardoParticipantI´ll have to agree with you Tom. Pic 2 and 3 are definetely C. parva and C. wendtii.
I really like parva even if it takes forever to grow, even by crypt standards.

ender2811ParticipantYea its one of my favorites. The pic is a little older so its a lot bushier now, just no runners as of yet.

unissuhMemberI don’t think the first is nevillii, the leaves are too thin. albida perhaps?
February 17, 2012 at 2:16 pm #347204
ender2811ParticipantFrom pics on the web it looks like nevilli to me.
A lot of albida photos seem to show wrinkled leaf edges and redish stems.

unissuhMemberMaybe, has the right leaf tilt and color, but have never seen a nevillii with such thin leaves. I think mine are at least twice as wide as yours appear to be, maybe 3-4 times the thinner ones.
Not all albida show the same coloration – there are a bunch of cultivars of this one and some are greener than others, I think ‘costata’ is bright green. What doesn’t look quite right for albida IMO is the way the leaves all tilt outwards, usually they’re more erect.

ender2811ParticipantMaybe different growth conditions explain the difference in leaf size. Mine has been letting out leaves which are smaller than the ones it was planted with.
