    ok i wonder y it is iliegal as they are a native fish and certain fish which arent native are still imported like sterlets

    Thanks for that marion. How often do you feed them. I keep hearing that you have to feed them constantly all day long

    i live in leicestershire.

    i agree i think i will just leave it but as u can just see in the pic its starting to go up its body and i am concerned about one day just finding it suffering because its started affect its spine. i think your right though il just keep an eye on it for now.

    theres nothing else suspicious it eats and swims fine. it genuinly doesnt like like its in pain, i just find it hard to believe because it looks so red raw, i think for the time being il just leave it but then i think i cant just leave it like it for ever. iv thought about keeping it isolated and treating it even if its just with sold or melafix or primafix or something but if it is a tumour like i believe it is i cant see how it can help.

    i would take it to a local koi specialist but in all my experiance of aquatic shops round where i live i wouldnt really trust there dvice to be honest

    tricky one if by yellow you mean green and you have kuhli loaches that could be the answer but they dont really bury them in the gravel. what fish and inverts do u have in there/
